Getting Started

When you are shopping on www.vainasleather.com and add an item to your cart, it is saved in your Shopping Bag. The Shopping Bag holds products you wish to purchase while you shop, the same way you use a shopping bag in a retail store. Items you place in your Shopping Bag will remain there until they are purchased, removed, or until you leave the www.vainasleather.com web site and close the browser window.

Payment Options

We currently only accept Visa and MasterCard.
We do not store Credit Card numbers so you can safely enter your entire credit card number via our bank secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Security Codes

This is a security code that protects your credit card from possible fraud. The CVV (Card Validation Value) on the VISA, or the CVC (Card Validation Code) on the MasterCard, is a 3 digit code that can usually be found on the back of your credit card.

E-mail Orders

If you feel more comfortable placing your order directly by e-mail, please make notes about the items you wish to purchase and fill in the e-mail order form. There is a possibility that you will be contacted directly before shipment!

Item Sizing Charts

On every product page you have a small sizing chart that shows you most of the measures in centimeters. Below the sizing chart, click on the 'Click Here' link to open a window with all the available sizes both in centimeters and inches.

View Your Shopping Cart

At any time you can view your shopping cart content by clicking on the link 'View Basket' in the orange top right corner of every page, or in the My Account section.

Checkout

Once you selected the products you wish to buy, simply click on the 'Checkout' link located in the upper orange corner on every page, or through the My Account section.
